Payment Terms
Payment is required in full on completion of works. No credit is offered unless expressly agreed in writing prior to commencement.
Deposit Policy
For works valued at £1,000 or more, a non‑refundable deposit of 30% is required before work commences. The remaining balance is payable in full on completion. Work will not be scheduled until the deposit has cleared.
